The city of Totana install a communication system auto attendant phone to improve citizen service (22/04/2013)

Totana City Council has installed a communication system auto attendant phone that the user derive incoming calls to the departments or desired Dealt directly accessed and thus improve citizen service.

This management system telephone switchboard phone affects 968/418151, so that users must dial then the figures from 1 to 9 to communicate directly with municipal departments without going through the switchboard manager.

To do this, dial 1 for communicating with Planning, 2 (City Services), 3 (Cemetery), 4 (Secretariat and Contracting), 5 (Culture, Festivities and Tourism), 6 (Statistics and Census), 7 ( Intervention), 8 (Water Service) and 9 (Environment and Licensing Activity).
