PP: "The government approves new housing and land plan that allows easy access and boost growth and employment" (10/04/2013)

The Government has approved a new Comprehensive Plan for Housing and Land that aims to facilitate access to housing, improving the energy efficiency of buildings and fuel growth and employment, according to the president of the PP, Bartholomew Peñalver.

This is true because of the Rehabilitation Act, Urban Regeneration and Renewal ICO including a 1,000 million to rehabilitate homes and buildings and the State Housing Plan 2013-2016 to provide decent housing to the most disadvantaged groups, in preference to the hopeless.

Furthermore, Peñalver said establishing measures for energy efficiency and use of renewable because from June will have a mandatory energy performance certificate.

These measures involve, according to the president of the PP in Totana, a paradigm shift in housing policy that will facilitate access to housing by encouraging rent.

Residential rehabilitation will be encouraged, is it possible to reactivate the construction sector, the problems will improve accessibility to buildings and reduce energy bills in homes.

The president of the PP, is a key measure of economic boost and create jobs, and create 105,000 jobs in four years.

With an investment of almost 2,500 million euros: 15.00 for access to housing and 627 for rehabilitation and energy efficiency.
