Last night was held at the headquarters of CEBAG in Totana, an informational meeting convened by the Union of Farmers and Ranchers of Lower Guadalentín (COAG), to assess the impact of storm damage and flooding last Friday in the town of Totana and the appropriate measures to take.
At the meeting, which was chaired by Isidoro Cayuela, participated as a guest Miguel Padilla, President of COAG-Lorca and national leader of this organization.

Following the presentation of the meeting by the Chairman of COAG-Totana, anticipating that he believed Totana should adhere to agreements and requests of farmers Lorca, gave the word to Miguel Padilla to report in detail on the requests that had been proposed and approved last night, at the meeting held in Lorca, which he chaired.
He explained the President of COAG-Lorca all measures (tax, labor and social security, agricultural insurance, financial, etc.) That had been proposed and applied, with particular emphasis on who should issue a royal decree comprehensive support to the agricultural sector Guadalentín, that counted with a budget sufficient and imply a different ministries involved, as had occurred after the earthquake last year.

In addition to several participants at the meeting, intervened at the end of it, the Aldermen and Jose Juan José Martínez Cánovas Usero, Municipal Groups representatives of IU and PSOE respectively, showing its full support to the demands of farmers and explaining the reasons that led him to prefer to be present at the meeting of affected, rather than in full.
The Chair of COAG-Totana, Isidoro Cayuela said they were going to go where needed to, in collaboration with farmers and COAG-Lorca Lorca, get them to adopt measures to support the victims who were requesting.
Responding to questions from some participants at the meeting it was reported that this had been called before the full City Council and had invited representatives of the three political groups, to live recogiesen opinion and affected farmers' decisions, eluding value, Isidoro Cayuela decisions that could be taken by the Municipal Council, because its contents unknown.
