The service doors Civil Guard barracks in Totana remain open 24 hours a day until the 15th of September inclusive, Monday through Sunday, so stay with this schedule throughout the summer season.
The Civil Guard has been providing service since March in premises provided by the City of Totana the Ministry of Interior in the old school, while executing the works under the Totana Barracks because of damage caused after the May earthquake.
A total of three large classrooms on the ground floor of the center are used as temporary headquarters of the Civil Guard barracks in this city, while advancing emergency works for the rehabilitation of barracks room at the Redondo Lieutenant Perez, who suffered major damage materials within this infrastructure.
The mayor, Isabel Maria Sanchez, made this request during their first meeting institutional work he had with the government delegate in Murcia last January 31 during which addressed various issues that are the responsibility of the Government of Nation and directly affected the town of Totana.
The Consistory claimed responsibility for the maintenance of regulation time according to needs in the Civil Guard barracks and increased troop strength in rural areas mostly coinciding with the more intensive crop, such as table grapes.
