Over two hundred people attended on Saturday June 23 at the feast of the Sun "Inti Raymi" organized in the City Park "Marcos Ortiz" by the Coordinator of the People in Spain and FAE Cañarí Totana.
This festival, held every winter solstice in the Andes, is celebrated as a syncretic rite in many Andean communities as a rite in honor of Inti (Father Sun), which also attended the council of Social Care, Josefa Maria Sanchez, and the Consul of Ecuador, Cecilia Henry Sarango.
The activities continued with performances by musical groups "Christian Dance San Javier", "Lone Mariachi" pooling Sumak Llakta Dance Theatre of Fuente Alamo and Cartagena action Franklin "The Soloist, the dance group hopes Andean , Murcia Cañarmanta Dance Group, Totana; Albujón Dance, The Tokers San Javier, among others.
