A user of PADISITO is among the 84 people with intellectual disabilities in the Region of Murcia this Saturday May 19 have moved to Madrid to participate in competitions that the state convened months ago to assistant management and common services.
This is a historic achievement for this group, since it is the first time organizing this kind of opposition, aimed at people with intellectual disabilities, with evidence and materials adapted to this group.
Since the Federation has organized the transport and logistics of travel, and from the various associations, including PADISITO, has provided all the study material to opponents and has handled applications to participate in them and has supported the opposition and their families.
As we say, this is a historic achievement, as both the Federation and the various associations have spent many years fighting for this group have access to public employment.
Therefore, we congratulate all those who have made this achievement possible, and from PADISITO particularly congratulate Peter Alexander and his family for all the effort to apply for this competition while we wish him luck!.
