The Mayor of Totana, Isabel Maria Sanchez, along with the mayor of Training and Employment, Mary Jose Baeza, were present at the opening of the "XI International Conference on Charities and Voluntary UCAM 2012" in Murcia has been represented in the Totana municipality through the stand of the National Association Our Lady Salus Infirmorum and the Association for Rare Diseases "D'Genes" Totana.
So instead have moved too this morning the Minister of Health and Social Policy, Mari Angeles Palacios, Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Angel House, the president of the UCAM, Jose Luis Mendoza, Archbishop of Seville, Carlos Amigo, among other personalities, to kick off the conference.
This volunteer sample is included within the International Conference of Charity and Volunteering, organized by the Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM), in collaboration with the International Institute of Charity and Volunteer John Paul II, IICV, and the Ministry of Social Policy Murcia.
The sample placed on the Paseo Alfonso X of Murcia city is home to more than 50 partnerships through which it aims to create a space for reflection and information for national associations and international aid and for all those involved in social development work .
The mayor stressed that it is important that the municipality of Totana exported outside the municipality, through this exhibition, as it is and how it behaves the great local associations, actively involving hundreds of people.
