SUBJECT: Request for Transfer of Use of the Building Center of Conciliation and Family Life Education Industrial Park located in El Saladar
Through this, and as meeting in recent days with representatives of the Spanish Federation for Rare Diseases (ERDF) and the Association Murcia D'Genes step to materialize the detailed proposal for study and revision, if appropriate, by all the Municipal Corporation over which you preside:
PROPOSAL:
- Assignment of use for a specified period or indefinitely, as appropriate infrastructure Conciliation Center of Family Life and Work of the Industrial El Saladar, the Association D'Genes and Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (ERDF) in Murcia .
BACKGROUND:
- The City of Totana physically built and equipped, financed through grant between the city of Totana and the regional government, a building for Conciliation Center of Family Life and Labor in the industrial area the salt.
- This center, to date has not been used, though its construction was completed in 2009, due, among other things, the needs that motivated its construction have changed since it was proposed that the same center ( business and economic crisis, unemployment, etc.)..

Based on the foregoing, D'GENES Murcia office and FEDER REQUIRED:
- The transfer of the use of the infrastructure of the Centre for Conciliation and family life that the city of Totana in the industrial park has the Saladar in the terms that the Corporation deems appropriate.
At the same time, and FEDER GENES D'Murcia COMMIT delegation to:
- Manage the service Reconciliation of work and family life (child care) based on needs to be detected in the Industrial El Saladar, conducting information campaigns to promote the Service.
