2nd Course Ham Court (11/06/2011)

The next 23, 24 and 25 June will be held at the restaurant of Paretón Amaro (Totana) 2nd Cutting Course taught by Master Ham Cutter, José Andreo.

The course is intended for hospitality professionals who want to expand the range of your business, ham consumers who want to learn the technique for home use and those who want professional in cutting ham for expanding employment curriculum.

Due to the interest generated by the first course, held last May, has been necessary to repeat the initiative to accommodate all who wish to participate.

The course objectives are:

- Teaching students the art of cutting ham.

- Learn how to start a ham and know the piece.

- Know the different cures ham.

- Familiarize yourself with the denominations of origin and understand their differences.

- Learn to choose a ham and recognize its quality.

- Learn to properly serve the ham and expand their culinary potential.

- Learn to preserve and maintain in good order a ham.

Participants must register by June 22 by sending an email to or telephone 630 246 556 and the price is 130 Euros, Account No. 3058 0358 0306 2228 10006222 which includes ham, jamonera, knives, cheir, apron, cutting CD, dossier, certificate and refreshments.

Vacancies are limited to 10 participants to ensure the quality of teaching and practice.
