A total of 14 students from different parts of the Region of Murcia on Saturday participated in a seminar of Relaxation in the Water, organized by the Sports Department.
This course, set in the training program offered by Sport, was inaugurated by the Councillor for Sports, José Antonio Valverde Queen, by the coordinator of the Sports Centre Sports Duet Totana, José Luis Hernández Gálvez, and the seminary professor, Luis Fernando Suarez Gallego.
The classroom training Ibáńez Manolo Pavilion and sports facilities Duet Totana, welcomed the 14 students, mostly sports technicians and medical personnel, from different parts of the Region (Totana, La Union, Lorca, Alhama, Murcia, Cartagena) and Torrevieja.
The seminar, taught by Luis Fernando Gallego, aquatic professional has over twenty years linked to the water and in recent years is specializing in this therapy was born in San Francisco in 1980 by Harold Dull hand.
Today is one of eight Spanish and only authorized Murcia global partnership to perform Watsu Watsu sessions and currently is promoting this practice in several facilities in the Region of Murcia.
The main objective of the workshop has been to provide students the resources to do a good relaxation in the water, and nothing would work best to approach it in a practical way.
During the morning, students of the seminar conducted several workshops and dynamic dry to get a great relaxation.
In the afternoon session were carried out activities in a small vessel and Jacuzzi, to conclude with a workshop of Watsu, aquatic one of the most relaxing therapies currently exist.
Completed activities, the mayor of sports and seminary professor, closed the year with the awarding of diplomas and a traditional group photo.
