The Collective for Social Promotion "The Candle" has signed an agreement with the Office of Cosmetic companies and Murcia Pilar Painters, collaborative project work a step towards the employability, which develops in the hand of the Instituto Murciano-IMAS Social Action.
EU-funded, this project aims to inform, guide and accompany the process of preparation and research to get a job to the unemployed with special difficulties in access to employment.
The agreement signed with these companies will cover two training courses begin this week in which eight people for a total of 30 hours will also receive a theoretical introduction in the chosen area, an accompaniment for practicing skills necessary for the development of the profession.
The success of these training processes is that the participants have direct experience of working in the company and know the qualities valued by the business, while exercising the basic skills related to the performance of a job.
All these influences to improve their chances of integration and their employability.
In the coming months, the project will continue its task LABOR accompanying the insertion of unemployed people by conducting workshops and other courses.
This purpose is to work through the design of an individualized itinerary insert, adapted to the needs of each person, depending on itinerary career prospects includes training within companies as a way of approaching the person selected to the working environment.
Since 2007, the project has collaborated WORK with 124 local companies in order to obtain information on employment prospects and learn first hand the demands of enterprises in terms of professional profiles.
Some of these companies have supported the project through visits with groups of participants in the project to promote knowledge of specific work environments.
Other companies have approached the project work to cover vacancies and use the mediation service offered from design to achieve successful integration.
Finally, another line of collaboration is to conduct training activities within companies.
Since its implementation, have been ten companies that have given many disciplines: painting, hairdressing, care for dependents, cooking, beauty, waiter, childcare, business and motorcycle mechanics.
