Totana Older people are today celebrating the International Day of Older Persons with a General Assembly of the members of the Municipal Center and chocolate, and continue tomorrow with a Mass and a day of living in the hamlet of La Santa.
The mayor of Welfare during the Assembly recalled that the Centre is one of Totana Senior centers of reference in the region of Murcia because they are 2,140 members who enjoy more than 30 activities, courses and trips, which are driven by the Department of the labor members.
For his part, Mayor of Totana, who also participated in the activities of the biggest next to the mayor of Social Welfare, has encouraged members for the Assembly to enjoy all the events, courses and leisure activities from the Department are scheduled for this year.
