Motion of Independent Councilman D. Juan C. Carrillo to the September plenary, urging the Government of the nation to comply with the law and stop for the consummate crime of sedition to all the inducers of the illegal independence consultations on October 1, 2010 these public political offices or officials of the Generalitat.
I would like to ask a question for reflection to the members of this plenary, would they vote "no" to a request to arrest a rapist, an abuser or a corrupt politician who proved his crime by making it public and recording himself, was walking happily and without consequences by the televisions and overcharging them ?.
As public political offices, we must defend the laws in each and every case, but we are literally lost as a society, and this Councilman, if unfortunately and God does not want, there were some wounded or deceased by civil strife in Catalonia.
That at least it is in his conscience that he has fulfilled his mission when manifesting against this illegal consultation in this plenary and against its direct inducers with total rotundidad and radicalidad protected in the law.
The only effective dialogue with a delinquent or a traitor to your nation.
You have your answer in the application of our Penal Code.
No more excuses or more politically correct statements, no more calls to the "breeding dialogue."
