The Collective for Social Promotion The Candil joins the celebration of March 8 "International Women's Day" carrying out different activities of awareness and awareness in gender equality and opportunities during the week of March 6 to 10, 2017.
More than 75 participants among adults, adolescents and children have been able, through different monographs and workshops, to become aware of gender equality and opportunities.
One of the monographs, specifically one of the groups of adolescents, has been taught by the professionals of the Center for Specialized Care for Women Victims of Gender Violence of the City of Totana, so we appreciate your collaboration with the entity.
The activities have been carried out in the facilities where the different projects are carried out;
Local Social San Roque, Sociocultural Center "La Cárcel", former school "La Cruz", Social Local El Parral, Local social housing in Argentina, Perez Rueda School and CIME Mazarron.
The objective of these activities has been focused on the participants' reflection on the importance of gender equality and opportunities, good treatment, respect, sharing / carrying out tasks, activities, games without distinction of sex, coeducation ....
And in this way contribute to a more egalitarian and respectful society.
They have been realized with the participants of the different projects that the collective has in these moments in march:
