The Mayor issues a resolution to authorize the hourly extension of the noise level (02/03/2017)

The mayor of Totana, Juan José Cánovas, has recently issued a resolution to authorize the hourly extension of the noise level set by the municipal ordinance on the occasion of the tests of the bands of horns and drums in the public road coinciding with Lent and Face to prepare the processional parades of the Holy Week.

The resolution includes temporarily suspending the maximum levels of noise in the urban center of Totana until 23:00 hours, from March 1 to March 19;

And until the 24:00 hours of each day from the 20 of March to the 5 of April.

This is to respond to the request of the Illustrious Supreme Council of Processions of Totana in order to enable the traditional rehearsals of the bands of guild brotherhoods and sororities of Holy Week.
