The duration of the contract is one year, and may be extended for another year, in total two years of the contract, including the extension, by express agreement of the contracting authority.

The estimated value of the contract for the two years is 190,977.48 euros without VAT, so that in the Day Centers for Elderly Dependents (SED and SEDA) the maximum unit price of the three services will be 5.50 euros day;

While the lunch of the Municipal Center of Older People (Plaza Balsa Vieja) will have a maximum unit price of 4.30 euros per day per menu.

Tenderers must provide a provisional guarantee amounting to EUR 500, which will be responsible for maintaining their tenders until the award of the contract.

The City Council will provide the successful bidder with access to the facilities as well as the use of the material attached to the services, so that said material will continue to be municipal property and for the provision of the service the contractor must provide the machinery, tools, And transport of menus.

The menus are intended for elderly people, patients with Parkinson's disease, neurodegenerative diseases, Alzheimer's and other dementias, people with disabilities, and various health problems, adapting to the health status of the users of the centers under the supervision of the health area of ​​the center .
