The fashion of food trucks arrives in Totana so that the Plaza de la Balsa Vieja of this town will host from 25 to 27 November, as a prologue to the patron saint festival of Santa Eulalia, this festival of street food vehicles, in which Seven vans and other gastronomic exhibitors will offer their varied culinary proposals.
The Councilor of Festivities, Agustín Gonzalo Martínez, accompanied by the manager of "Brújula Eventos", the organizing company of this initiative, Francisco García Gambín, have announced the details of what can be found totaneros and visitors that approach this space during these days.

For his part, the head of the organizing company has highlighted that this gastronomic tour began a few months ago and has already toured 18 cities of Murcia, Alicante and Almeria.
The schedule will be on Friday 25, from 19:00 to 24:00 hours;
Saturday 26, from 12:00 to 24:00 hours;
And Sunday 27, from 12:00 to 22:00 hours.
García Gambín has highlighted that people who come to this gastronomic fair these days will find "a display of pure and hard food truck" in which they will offer very diverse and very well presented dishes, prepared by professionals of this modality.
He also said that there will also be complementary activities such as "Tamara with Ilivannaya" concerts on Friday night, "Carpe Diem" on Saturday night, as well as Latin shows and the performance of a DJ who will play music from the 60's , 70 and 80.
Finally, both invited guests and neighbors to come and enjoy the presence in Totana of this event, which will allow to know and taste the varied gastronomic offer of the different trucks and vans participating, which will include sausages, crepes, Mexican food, Iberian , Croquettes, hamburgers, chicken delicacies, specialty coffees, cocktails, among others.
