One more year, the Totana Missionary Collaborators Group is finalizing the preparations for the traditional Mercadillo Solidario annual, in favor of the Comboni Missionaries.
The Mercadillo will be held on Sunday, November 13 and will be installed, in front of the main facade of the Parish Church of Santiago, uninterrupted from 08 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the afternoon.
For several months, Team Totana Collaborators, has been working for several months in the preparation of the Mercadillo, which this year reaches its 24th edition.
The group is formed by a group of neighbors from Totana, who began their collaboration in 1992. Since then, and constantly in time, they collaborate with the work carried out by the Comboni Missionaries in the most disadvantaged areas of the planet .
The Solidarity Mercadillo activity is not the only activity carried out by the Totana Missionary Collaborators Group, since throughout the year: they have regular meetings of work;
Are in contact with Comboni Missionary Sisters who are in the Missions of various countries;
Organize raffles and beneficial sales;
Participate in meetings and conferences;

From the Diocese of Cartagena, the Episcopal Delegate of Missions Don José Luís Bleda, has sent to the Group of Totana, his best wishes in the celebration of the next Mercadillo.
