The Director General of Trade and Consumer Protection, Francisca Cabrera, today presented the prizes awarded for the fourth year, involving Ruralmur association and recognition of the business to promote and enhance the quality in the tourism and artisan area.
The winners were: Honorary Award for Sausages Cañete;
in the category Tourism, Hospedería Bajo El Cejo (El Berro);
Crafts, Ceramics Tudela (Totana);
Gastronomy, Restaurant MUCAB (White);
Sport Award for the athlete Miguel Angel Lopez;
Promotion of Murcia to José Simon (Institute of Tourism);
Disclosure Heritage: Angel Rios (official Cronista White);
Art and Culture for the painter Nono García;
Association D'Genes Rare Diseases Association;
Broadcasting for Teodoro Garcia (PP deputy national), and Institution Award for the municipality of Cieza.
In the categories of Rural Tourism, crafts and cuisine are the users of the site Ruralmur who decide the winners.
The awards will be presented on Thursday, March 10 in a gala to be held in the center of Murcia Crafts.
Ruramul is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting crafts, trade and rural tourism.
Its main tool is the ruralmur.com portal that connects customers with the owners of regional companies for free.
