The Confederation of Employers of the Low Guadalentín (CEBAG) has convened an internal informational meeting, on Thursday 18th, to assess the management of its partners, the situation of land-use planning of Totana (PGMO).
Throughout the Procedure of PGMO Totana, CEBAG and their associations have been processed and presented in different phases (forward, initial approval, several interim approvals, etc.), more than 25,000 allegations of entrepreneurs, owners and interested citizens Totana allegations -in January 2015 were more than 11,000- more than 4,000 of those who have given to CEBAG legal representation in administrative, to represent them and act on its behalf in all matters related to the General plan.
CEBAG has called this assembly without being able to meet with the Municipal Government Team to exchange views and assessments on the handling of the Plan, despite having requested in writing prior to the conclusion of the plenary of the Corporation held on 28 January in that the proposal of the Mayor, it was agreed to appoint a Commission to evaluate the possible correction and possible approval and subsequent modification of the General Plan.
It was also informed in the meeting of possible collaboration in the initiative promoted by the City Council to regenerate the town and especially the historical, that is to ask the European Union under R Program (regenerates Totana), for development by the European Programme for integrated sustainable development, financed by the European fund FEDER.
CEBAG intention of this informational meeting, disclose the changes in the handling of the Plan and report on the latest initiatives that have occurred on it, as well as obtain the opinion of the directors of CEBAG and their associations in the field of Totana;
in order to form which will be positioning CEBAG as such Confederation, and president of the representation of said more than 4,000 complainant organizations that have given him power of attorney to act on his behalf;
regarding PGMO and other inextricably linked to planning and sustainable model of economic and strategic development of Totana projects.
