The Summer 2020 Conciliation Service and the Multiadventure Camp, promoted by the El Candil Collective with the collaboration of the Department of Youth, have been developing normally in this July and within the framework of the security and protection measures required by the current regulations for the pandemic.The "Veranea con el Candil" service developed by the "El Candil" Collective for Social Promotion is a resource whose objective is to offer families an alternative to reconcile work and family life during vacation periods.In addition, it is also conceived as a support resource for families with minors in a situation of social vulnerability, offering a socio-educational space for learning habits and skills for children, within a normalization environment, thus tending towards integration from a fully equal opportunities.This Summer edition with the Candil 2020 has been developed during the month of July, beginning on July 1 and ending on July 31.

For its part, the Multiadventure Camp took place during the weekend of July 18 and 19.As a precaution and following recommendations, the last week is being provided ON, sending activities and resources daily to all participating families, as well as uploading them to social networks for the use and enjoyment of all the children of the municipality.This activity took place at the San Roque Social Center, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m.

to 2:00 p.m.

and the camp was held at the Finca Caruana.Within these hours, the participants have developed various activities, from crafts and creative expression workshops, to sports activities and healthy leisure, through educational games and school review, so that children can continue to advance in their learning; offering a structured and quality alternative for the leisure and free time of minors during the summer period.

There have also been several water parties and an outing to the El Candil orchard.To conclude, it should be noted that the participating families this year have highly valued this reconciliation resource, which becomes an important measure of support for families.In addition, the evaluations of the human team of professionals who have participated in this edition and the activities carried out with minors have been highlighted by parents, who have seen how their children enjoyed their vacation time.On the other hand, a very positive assessment by the technical team, the participating minors and the families have been the great safety and health protection measures against COVID-19 that have been carried out permanently both in the course of the camp as during the conciliation service.
