The Department of Sports of the City of Totana announces, for another year, for the 2019/20 season the “Enrique Ambit Palacios� Football League, whose competition will begin the weekend of October 5 and 6, organized by this department.

The Councilor for Sports, Agustín Gonzalo Martínez, the Muincipal coach, Jesús Serrano, have presented this sports initiative, whose games will be played on Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings in the artificial grass fields of the Sports City "Valverde Reina" and the “Valle del Guadalentínâ€� Sports Complex of El Paretón.

In addition, the first three classified teams of the League will have a trophy, as well as the least-goalkeeper, the top scorer and the most sporting team;

and in addition, there will be cash prizes, which will be set according to the teams registered before the season begins.

The organization will also deliver, as usual, trophies for the champion and runner-up of the Cup, which will be played by the first eight teams classified in the league.

The competition will be played as a league, all against all, and double round, establishing a maximum of 16 teams;

and once it ends, the Cup will begin, where the eight best classified teams will participate, with all the matches being a direct eliminator, and setting up the confrontations by lottery.

The registration period will be from September 2 to 27, and the team must pay a registration fee of 100 euros and a bail fee of 150 euros.

In addition, each player will pay a fee of 30 euros.

Participating teams must have a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 players, provided they are 16 years old;

so that each team can have a maximum of 3 federated players in soccer or futsal, which cannot be modified throughout the season.

It is also mandatory that all players are properly uniformed, at least with pants and shirt identical to the rest of their teammates.

Finally, they thanked the collaboration of the Football Club of Companies and the Association of Referees of Totana, respectively, who have been developing a fundamental task to make the competition a reality.
