The theatrical and acclimatized visits to the Achaeological site La Bastida will remain during this autumn and winter as one of the most important tourist attractions of the municipality, after more than 3,000 people have visited this park during the first half of the year 2019, as reported sources of the Department of Tourism.
The visits to the archaeological site of La Bastida that are managed from the Department of Tourism, both for the general public and for the educational community have been very well received as it has been happening for several years, gathering visitors from the general public and educational centers .
The site is discovered through different proposals for the public such as:
Standard visits (always guided by an archaeologist) every Saturday and Sunday at these times:
Winter 10:00 and 12:00 hours (from September 1 to May 31)
Summer 9:00 and 19:00 hours (from June 1 to September 30)
Theatrical visit to the site that has 20 actors who recreated regular scenes in the Archaic culture (pottery workshop, spinning, distribution of cereals ...) that delights adults and children
Visits set, another way to get to know La Bastida.
Argaric women and men in their daily tasks, will delight young and old in a journey through time, the visitors being the protagonists are the ones who, helped by their ancestors, make their own shell necklace or candle holders to take home.

The educational centers (Primary, Secondary and universities) have the visits of archaeologists and workshops specifically designed for them to learn in a didactic and experimental way a fundamental part of our past.
On the other hand, visits to the Tower Museum take place every Saturday at 10:00 am and with the “Sunset in the Tower†visit during spring and summer that have been a success that have accounted for the figure of more than four hundred visitors during this semester.
