The Department of Culture has completed a few days ago the Reading Club program corresponding to the 2018/2019 season, with the analysis and reading of a work each month, adding a total of nine throughout the course.
The program, promoted through the Municipal Library "Mateo García", started on September 25, with the title "The three girls, one after another", by Dolores Lario;
and ended this month with the study of "Twenty-four hours in the life of a woman, by Stefan Zwein.
During each month, from September until June, the Municipal Library of Totana schedules a series of readings, with a title and predetermined schedule in order that the readers discuss in each meeting about what they have read, such as the literary style, the action, the characters, and so on.
Normally, people who are fond of reading share their experience and impressions with other fans, so that each reader does it at home and they set a date and place to meet with other readers to comment on the progress and details of reading. of the proposed works.
