The ordinary plenary session for the month of July debates this Thursday, July 26, starting at 8:00 p.m., a total of twenty-one items on the agenda, which highlights the Mayor's proposal to start the file for give name to the public space that is being built in the neighborhood of San José.

In addition, several proposals of the councilor of the Treasury are included to raise the general account for the year 2017 to the plenary session and others on annulment of recognized rights for closed fiscal years and rectification of accounting balances of expenses and returns of non budgetary operations in accounting municipal.

It will also deal with the proposal of the Councilor for the acceptance of documents donated by Francisco Cayuela Cánovas and another Archaeological Heritage on the incorporation of Totana to the Cultural Association called "Confederation of Argaric Peoples".

Two proposals of the Mayor's Office are included to ratify the resolution on appeal of sentences;

and another from the first deputy mayor on approval of the municipal ordinance on Education and Civics to commute financial penalties for community services.

The agenda includes the proposal of the councilor of Celebrations on local holidays for the year 2019, based on the result of the participatory process carried out;

as well as the proposal of the Human Resources councilor on the supplementation of economic benefits due to temporary disability.

Political motions

The Municipal People's Group has sent motions to the plenary session on the National Water Pact and to urgently address, and without further delay, the Reform of the Autonomic Financing System.

For its part, the Municipal Socialist Group has filed a motion to enable, in the regional budget, a budget item to co-finance the costs arising from the application of Law 6/2017, of November 8, Protection and Defense of the Company Animals in the Region.

For its part, the Municipal Group Win Totana-IU has raised motions to demand from the Government of the Nation a Law of Local Financing that establishes the new municipal competency framework with adequate and sufficient financing;

as well as another to urge the Government of the Nation to the immediate repeal of the so-called "Gag Law".

Finally, Ganar Totana-IU has submitted another motion to request a grant to the Autonomous Community for the amount of 57,000 euros for the purchase of vehicles, purchase and installation of a generator in the building of the Local Police, and acquisition and installation of computer equipment and renewal of individual transmitters.
