COMMUNIQUE FROM THE PEOPLE'S PARTY OF TOTANA AND THE COUNCIL UNADULDED BEFORE THE CURRENT SITUATION OF THE TRACE OF THE AVE TO ITS STEP BY TOTANA.
We urgently request that a Board of Spokespersons be convened and political consensus be restored in the interest of the neighbors.
We believe that the actions to follow, after the meeting last Thursday in Madrid, would have been the sharing of the conclusions of that meeting for each of the parties and urgent action by the City Council to not close any way of possible solutions .
The Mayor should not continue making unilateral demonstrations in which he only gives his point of view and his vision of the situation, should stop lying to the neighbors and get to work to solve the problems since he did not do it at the time.
On Friday in the first hour instead of giving a press conference next to the platform and without counting the other spokespersons, it should have summoned the neighbors and they should be transmitted the conclusions, once agreed, of that meeting.
On the other hand, it was not agreed on the part of the Mayor to make statements, just leave the meeting, national and regional media and we say again that what was said before these media was not agreed by the spokespersons attending the meeting, in no moment took into account the reading that the rest of the attendees had had about the meeting.
We urge the Mayor to solve the problems to the neighbors, to reconsider and rectify their attitude and resume the path of being able to carry out negotiations to alleviate the problems to the neighbors, since ADIF at all times stated that it is open to negotiations on the new layout
Solutions that the Mayor had to look for in September and that along the way he leads, if he does not return to the topic he will be late again.
