The campaign, jointly organized by the Department of Youth, Housing and Consumer Affairs and AEMC, aims to inform, mainly young people who plan to purchase your first home, on tax credits that change to the tax reform promoted by the central government, such as reported by the councilman of Youth.

To do this, have published leaflets and posters giving information on the advantages that can benefit those who purchase a home before July 1.

The councilman pointed out that individuals with incomes of more than 24,107 euros to buy an apartment in 2011 no longer have the income tax deduction.

In addition, he noted, the deduction can deduct in the tax declaration for 15 percent of what you pay each year towards the mortgage to the top of 9,040 euros, although this deduction will decrease from 2011 as income rises from 17,707 euros to 24,107 euros (gross revenues).

The new building housing (including public and private protection) will be taxed 8 percent, meaning that on average 2,000 euros more expensive, according to estimates by the Promoters and Builders Association of Spain (APCE).
